E.G. Coffey - Poetry
Elmer Coffey is the author of a volume of poetry entitled A Walk on the Dark Side (1989). The Bainbridge Library's copy of the booklet features a hand-written inscription by the author which reads as follows:

"With these jingles I have sought
To make you privy to my thought
If at times they seem too fiery
Remember all are just a diary
Nothing to be carved in stone
Footprints that are mine alone
If your judgement be severe
Read them once again, my dear."
